fa تاثیر سطوح پروتئین جیره بر عملکرد رشد و شاخص های خونی بچه فیل ماهی (Huso huso) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>در یک آزمایش تغذیه ای تاثیر جیره غذایی با سه سطح پروتئین (30، 35 و 40 درصد) به منظور تعیین تاثیر سطوح پروتئین مطلوب، کمتر و یا بیشتر از حد نیاز در جیره بر رشد و شاخص های خونی بچه فیل ماهی (Huso huso) بررسی شد. 135 عدد ماهی با میانگین (&plusmn; انحراف معیار) وزن اولیه 68/1 &plusmn; 71/131 گرم به طور تصادفی در 9 تانک بتنی مدور با ظرفیت 800 لیتر توزیع و چهار بار در روز بر اساس اشتها به مدت 8 هفته تغذیه شدند. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد شاخص های رشد مانند میانگین وزن، نرخ رشد ویژه، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، ضریب چاقی و درصد افزایش وزن در تیمار تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی 35 درصد پروتئین نسبت به تیمار تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی پروتئین 40 درصد دارای اختلاف معنی داری می باشد (05/0>P) اما با تیمار حاوی 30 درصد پروتئین اختلافی مشاهده نشد (05/0<p). .="" 0="" 05="" 35="" 40="">P). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که محدودیت پروتئینی بر عملکرد رشد و شاخص های خونی بچه فیل ماهی اثرگذار می باشد. </p).></p> <p>A feeding trial with three protein levels (30, 35 and 40%) was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary protein level on growth performance and hematological parameters of juveniles Beluga sturgeon (Huso huso). One hundred and thirty-five fish (131.71 &plusmn; 1.68 g mean &plusmn; SD) were randomly distributed in nine circular concrete tanks (800 L) and were satiated four times daily for 8 weeks. The results showed that growth parameters including final weight, specific growth rate, feed conversion ratio, condition factor and weight gain was significantly higher in fish fed 35% protein compared to 40% (P<0.05), but there was no difference with fish fed 30% protein (P>0.05). Weight increased with increasing dietary protein level up to 40%, and then decreased significantly and body weight increase decreased by 40% protein s. The results of hematological parameters showed white blood cells, neutrophils and lymphocytes in fish that fed 35% protein compared to other groups (P<0.05).
