fa مقایسه برخی از شاخص های خونی و بیوشیمیایی ماهی ازون برون (Acipenser stellatus) و شیپ (Acipenser nudiventris) وابسته به سن و جنسیت Determination of some hematological and biochemical parameters of Cultured Stellate sturgeon (Acipenser stellatus) and Ship sturgeon (Acipenser nudiventris) the changes age and Sex dependent تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف از این تحقیق تعیین پارامترهای خونی و بیوشیمیایی سرم خون دو گونه از تاسماهی (ازونبرون Acipenser stellatus  و شیپ Acipenser nudiventris) در سه گروه سنی بچه ماهی (2 الی7 ماهه)، ماهیان جوان (1 الی2ساله) و مولدین (7 ساله) بود. این تحقیق در موسسه تحقیقات بینالمللی تاسماهیان دریای خزر، در یک دوره شش ماهه (بهار و تابستان) سال 1391 به انجام رسید. بدین منظور از 30 قطعه ماهی ازونبرون و 30 قطعه ماهی شیپ (در هر گونه 10 عدد بچه ماهی،10 عدد ماهی جوان و 5 مولد ماده و 5 مولد نر) استفاده گردید. پس از خونگیری از عروق ساقه دمی، پارامترهای هماتولوژی RBC, WBC, MCV, MCH, MCHC, Hb, PCV, Lym, Mono, Neut, Eos)) و بیوشیمیایی(اسمولالیته سرم خون، آلبومین، پروتئین کل، گلوکز، کلسترول، تریگلسیرید، یون کلسیم و منیزیم) تعیین و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که RBC, WBC, MCH, MCHC, Hb, Mono, Neut, Eos و پروتئین کل، گلوکز، کلسترول، تریگلسیرید، یون کلسیم و منیزیم در هر دو گونه تاسماهیان (شیپ و ازونبرون) طی3 گروه سنی، دارای اختلاف معنی دار آماری بود (p<0.05). ولی PCV, Lym, MCV و اسمولالیته سرم خون, آلبومین فقط در گونه ازونبرون دارای اختلاف معنی دار آماری بودند (p<0.05). از نظر جنسیت پارامترهایRBC  Mono, و آلبومین فقط در گونه ازون برون و WBC فقط در گونه شیپ دارای اختلاف معنی دار بوده (p<0.05). تفاوت معنادار آماری در کلیه دادهها با احتمال 95% ارزیابی گردید. با توجه به بررسی نتایج حاضر میتوان بیان نمود که فاکتور سن و نوع گونه در تغییر پارامترهای خونی بسیار موثر میباشد(p<0/05) ، اما جنسیت هیچ تاثیری روی پارامترهای خونی و بیوشیمیایی نشان نداد (p>0/05). The purpose of this research, Determination of hematological and biochemical parameters in two species of Acipenseridae, Acipenser stellatus and Acipenser nudiventris In three Age of groups, Fry’s (2-7 months), Juveniles (1-2 years) and Spanners (7 years). The research at the Institute for International Research sturgeon of the Caspian Sea, in a period of six months (spring and summer) was conducted in 2013. For this reason, 30 numbers of Acipenser Stellatus and 30 numbers of Acipenser nudeventris were used (in each group there were 10 fry’s, 10 Juveniles, 5 females and 5 males fish). After caudal vein blood vessels, hematological parameters (RBC, WBC, MCV, MCH, MCHC, Hb, PCV, Lym, Mono, Neut, Eos) and biochemical (Serum osmolality, albumin, total protein, glucose, cholesterol, Triglyceride, calcium and magnesium) Determined and studied. The results showed that, RBC, WBC, MCH, MCHC, Hb, Mono, Neut, Eos and total protein, glucose, cholesterol, Triglyceride, calcium and magnesium ions in both sturgeon species (A. nudiventris and A. stellatus) during the 3 groups  age difference was statistically significant (p<0/05). But, PCV, Lym, MCV and osmolarity serum, Albumin were only statistically significant difference in the species A. stellatus (p<0/05). Seem to be gender parameters of RBC Mono, and Albumin only in the species A. stellatus and WBC only in the species A. nudiventris has been significant (p<0.05). A significant statistical difference was estimated in 95% of all data. By investigating the present results, it can be stated that age and species factors in the change of blood parameters are so effective (p<0/05), but gender didn’t show any effect on the biochemical and hematological parameters.
