fa تعیین کارایی واحدهای پرورش ماهی قزل‌آلا با استفاده از روش تحلیل مرزی پارامتری در استان لرستان (مطالعه موردی شهرستان الشتر) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Zar;">به ‌منظور بررسی کارایی مزارع پرورش و تابع تولید ماهی قزل‌آلا، مطالعه فوق در سال 1396 در واحد پرورش ماهی قزل‌آلا مستقر در شهرستان الشتر</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">انجام شد. روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بود. داده‌های مربوط به توابع تولید به‌وسیله توابع کاب داگلاس و کارایی فنی به‌وسیله روش تابع تولید مرزی پارامتری برآورد شد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین کارایی فنی، تخصیصی و اقتصادی به ترتیب 9/72، 2/65 و 8/59 درصد بوده که نشان‌دهنده پتانسیل قابل‌ملاحظه واحدها در افزایش بازدهی آن‌ها بود. نتایج تابع تولید ماهی قزل‌آلا نشان داد میـزان خوراک مصـرفی و مساحت استخر ماهی در مزارع پرورش ماهی قزل‌آلا با ضرایب کشش (369/0 و 270/0) بیشترین تأثیر را بر تولید ماهی قزل‌آلا داشتند (01/0</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">). نتایج نشان داد اکثر مزارع پرورش ماهی قزل‌آلا الشتر به دلیل عدم رعایت اصول اقتصادی در مدیریت، عدم شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر تولید سو&shy;د نبوده و از کارایی و سوددهی کمی برخوردار بودند. به ‌طورکلی با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده، بین واحدهای مورد</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">مطالعه در شهرستان الشتر ازنظر عملکرد اقتصادی فاصله‌ی بـسیار زیـادی وجـود داشت. این</span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> موضوع</span> <span style="font-family:B Zar;">ناشی از عدم توجه به مسایل مدیریتی در انتخاب ترکیب مناسب نهاده‌ها (کارایی تخصیصی پایین) بود.&nbsp; بنابر این </span><span style="font-family:B Zar;">بهبود شرایط واحدهای پرورش اعم از تغذیه و وضعیت بهداشتی برای افزایش کارایی و تولید در واحدهای پرورش ماهیان سردابی در شهرستان الشتر ضرورت دارد.</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"></span></span><br> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"></span></span> In order to investigate the efficiency of farms and the rainbow trout production function, the study was carried out at rainbow trout breeding farms in Alshtar city in Lorestan province during 2017. The data collection method was interviews and questionnaires. Data on production functions were estimated by Cobb Douglas functions and technical efficiency by deterministic parametric frontier (DPF) analysis method. The average technical, allocative and economic efficiency was 62.1%, 57.7% and 54.6%, respectively, that indicating significant potential of the units in increasing their efficiencies. The results of trout production function showed that the amount of feed intake and the area of fish farm with elasticity coefficients (0.369 and 0.270) had the most effect on trout production (P<0.01). The results showed that most trout breeding farms in Alshater due to lack of observance of economic principles in management, lack of knowledge of the factors affecting the production had low efficiency and profitability. In general, according to the results, there was a considerable gap between the units studied in Al-Shater city in terms of economic performance. This is due to the lack of attention to management issues in choosing the right combination of inputs (low allocative efficiency), respectively.
