fa بررسی تغییرات فصلی ترکیب اسید چرب بافت ماهیچه و کبد ماهی حمری B‌arbus luteus(Heckel,1843)در رودخانه کرخه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Zar;">در این تحقیق تغییرات فصلی ترکیب اسید چرب بافت کبد و عضله ماهی حمری </span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">Barbus luteus</span></span></em><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> در رودخانه کرخه موردبررسی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور 84 نمونه ماهی حمری وحشی، در طول ماه‌های میانی هر فصل سال صید شدند و ترکیب اسید چرب بافت کبد و ماهیچه به‌وسیله روش کروماتوگرافی گازی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. بالاترین میزان مجموع اسیدهای چرب اشباع بافت کبد و عضله به ترتیب در فصل پاییز و بهار به دست آمد. مجموع اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع با یک پیوند دوگانه بافت کبد و عضله به ترتیب در فصل تابستان، پاییز و پاییز و زمستان بالاترین مقدار را نشان دادند. کمترین میزان اسیدهای چرب امگا 3 در بافت کبد و عضله در فصل پاییز بوده است. بالاترین میزان نسبت اسیدهای چرب امگا 3 به امگا 6، اسید های چرب </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">DHA</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> و </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">EPA</span></span><span style="font-family:B Zar;"> بافت عضله در فصل بهار بدست آمد.</span> from Karkhe river&nbsp; (khouzestan , Iran) were determined. 84 sample were collected in the middle month of each season and Total fatty acid compositions were investigated by a gas chromatographic method. . The most abundant fatty acids in the (SFAs) of the liver and muscle were at the highest in the autumn and spring, respectively.
