fa بررسی رشد سوماتیک و گنادیک ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) ماده پرورش‌یافته در قفس در دریای خزر Investigation of somatic and gonadal growth of female rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) reared in cage in the Caspian Sea تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable       هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی عملکرد رشد و روند رسیدگی جنسی ماهیان قزلآلای رنگینکمان ماده پرورش یافته در قفس در دریای خزر (مازندران ـ نوشهر) بود. جهت انجام این تحقیق، ماهیهای قزلآلای رنگینکمان با میانگین وزن 5 ± 122 گرم، به قفس‌های واقع در دریای خزر، رهاسازی شدند. غذادهی به ماهیان، به صورت روزانه صورت گرفت و نمونه برداری یک ماه پس از رهاسازی به صورت ماهانه و تصادفی، از دی ماه 1394 تا اردیبهشت 1395 انجام شد. هر ماه 30 عدد ماهی زیست سنجی و خونگیری شدند؛ کبد و گناد آنها توزین شد؛ طول کل، وزن کل، وزن کبد و وزن گناد، شاخص وضعیت، GSI و HSI و قطر تخمک محاسبه گردید. مقادیر هورمونهای 17 بتا استرادیول، تستوسترون، پروژسترون و ویتلوژنین اندازه گیری شد. همچنین نمونههای بافت گناد تهیه و با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نوری مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. نتایج به‌دست آمده حاکی از رشد مطلوب سوماتیک و گنادیک ماهیان بود. میزان هورمونهای جنسی و ویتلوژنین با گذشت زمان، به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت (۰۱/۰< p)، بطوریکه مقادیر هورمونهای 17-بتا استرادیول، تستوسترون و پروژسترون در دی ماه به ترتیب برابر با ng/ml 05/0 ± 56/0، ng/ml 05/0 ± 50/0 و ng/ml 01/0 ± 14/0 بود و در اردیبهشت ماه به ترتیب به میزان ng/ml 13/0 ± 63/1، ng/ml 01/0 ± 80/0و ng/ml 03/0 ± 28/0رسید. همچنین میزان ویتلوژنین از ng/ml  26/55 ± 40/382 در دی ماه به ng/ml 34/86 ± 40/651 در اردیبهشت ماه افزایش یافت. گنادها در طول دوره پرورش تا مرحله 4 پیشرفت نمودند و قطر تخمک نیز افزایش معنی داری یافت (۰۱/۰< p). یافتههای این تحقیق نشان داد که ماهی قزلآلای رنگینکمان قادر است در آب لب شور دریای خزر همچون آب شیرین، رشد سوماتیک مناسبی داشته باشد و اختلالی در روند طبیعی رسیدگی جنسی آن نیز ایجاد نمیگردد. The aim of the present study is to investigate the growth performance and sexual maturation process of female rainbow trout reared in a cage in the Caspian Sea (Mazandaran- Nowshahr). Rainbow trout with an average weight of 122± 5 g were stocked into a cage located in Caspian Sea. Fish were fed daily and random sampling was done monthly (January 2015) to May 2016. Weight and length of thirty fish were measured; their gonad and liver were weighted; total length, total weight, liver and gonad weight, condition factor, GSI and HSI and oocyte diameter were calculated; their blood samples were collected and the levels of 17 beta estradiol, testosterone, progesterone and the vitellogenin were measured; also gonad tissue samples were prepared and examined using a light microscope. The results showed optimal somatic and gonadal growth of fish caged in the Caspian Sea. Sex hormones and vitellogenin levels increased significantly (P<0.01) during the study period. The levels of 17 beta estradiol, testosterone and progesterone in January were 0.56± 0.05 ngml-1, 0.50± 0.05 ngml-1and 0.14± 0.01 ngml-1 respectively and reach to 1.63± 0.13 ngml-1, 0.80± 0.01 ngml-1 and 0.28± 0.03 ngml-1 in May, respectively. Vitellogenin levels increased from 382.40± 55.26 ngml-1 in January to 651.40± 86.34 ngml-1 in May. The gonads developed to stage 4 and the oocyte diameter increased significantly (P<0.01) during the study period.
