fa بررسی تاثیر بهبود کارایی جیره حاوی پودر ضایعات طیور با استفاده از پودر سیر بر شاخص‌های رشد، بازماندگی، ترکیب لاشه‌ و قابلیت هضم‌پذیری در فیل‌ماهی انگشت قد (Huso huso) Evaluation of the effect of improving the efficiency of diet containing poultry waste powder using garlic powder on growth, survival, carcass composition and digestibility indices in Huso huso تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">      مطالعه حاضر به‌منظور بررسی اثرات استفاده از پودر ضایعات طیور به‌جای پودر ماهی با استفاده از مکمل غذایی ( پودر سیر) در جیره فیل‌ماهی انگشت قد (Huso huso) با میانگین وزن اولیه 5/1 ± 66/50 گرم، بر شاخصهای رشد، ترکیب لاشه و قابلیت هضمپذیری در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 8 تیمار، هر یک با 3 تکرار به مدت 12 هفته موردبررسی قرار گرفت. تیمارها شامل چهار سطح جایگزینی پودر ماهی با پودر ضایعات طیور (0، 50،  75  و 100 درصد) و کاربرد دو سطح پودر سیر (0 و 2 درصد) بود که تیمارها ازجمله تیمار C: فاقد پودر ضایعات طیور و سیر، تیمار G: 2 درصد پودر سیر، تیمارPG 50: 50 درصد ضایعات + 2 درصد پودر سیر، تیمار G 50: 50 درصد ضایعات، تیمار PG 75: 75 درصد ضایعات + 2درصد سیر، تیمار G 75: 75 درصد ضایعات، تیمار PG 100: 100 درصد ضایعات + 2 درصد سیر و تیمارG 100: 100 درصد ضایعات نام‌گذاری شدند. تیمارهای حاوی پودر سیر افزایش معنیداری را در شاخصهای درصد افزایش وزن، رشد روزانه و ضریب رشد ویژه نسبت به تیمارهای بدون پودر سیر نشان داد. با افزایش سطح جایگزینی ضایعات، شاخص کبدی افزایش معنیداری یافت به‌طوری‌که بیشترین شاخص کبدی مربوط به تیمارهای 100 درصد جایگزینی ضایعات (G100 و PG 100) بوده که با سایر تیمارهای آزمایشی تفاوت معنیداری نشان دادند (05/0p<). ضریب تبدیل غذا در تیمارG  دارای کمترین میزان بوده که نسبت به سایر تیمارها تفاوت معنیداری نشان داد (05/0p<). نتایج حاصله از اثرات اصلی و متقابل پودر سیر و جایگزینی ضایعات طیور نشان داد اثر متقابل آنها به‌جز در شاخص ضریب تبدیل غذا اختلاف معنیداری را بین تیمارها ایجاد نکرد (05/0p>). استفاده از سیر اختلاف معنیداری را در میزان ترکیبات لاشه ایجاد نکرد (05/0p>). اما جایگزینی ضایعات سبب بروز اختلاف معنیدار در میزان ترکیبات لاشه شد (05/0p<). با افزایش سطوح جایگزینی ضایعات با حضور و بدون حضور سیر در جیره، کاهش معنیداری در قابلیت هضم پروتئین مشاهده‌شده است. اما قابلیت هضم چربی با افزودن سیر بهبود یافت. با توجه به نتایج میتوان گفت که جایگزینی ضایعات طیور تا سطح 50 درصد در جیره فیل‌ماهی اثرات مخربی به همراه نداشت، و با افزودن 2 درصد پودر سیر شاخصهای بررسی‌شده بهبود یافت. اما استفاده از سطوح بالاتر اثرات نامطلوبی بر برخی از فاکتورها به همراه داشت. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The present study was performed to investigate the effects of using chicken abattoir waste powder instead of fish powder using dietary supplement (garlic powder) in the diet of Huso huso with an average initial weight of 50.66 ± 1.5 g, on the index. Growth, carcass composition and digestibility were examined in a completely randomized design with 8 treatments, each with 3 replications for 12 weeks. The treatments included four levels of replacement of fish meal with chicken abattoir waste powder (0, 50, 75 and 100%) and application of two levels of garlic powder (0 and 2%). G: 2% garlic, PG treatment 50: 50% waste + 2% garlic, G treatment 50: 50% waste, PG treatment 75: 75% waste + 2% garlic, G treatment 75: 75% waste, PG treatment 100: 100% Lesions + 2% garlic and G 100 treatment: 100% lesions were named. Treatments containing garlic powder showed a significant increase in weight gain percentage, daily growth and specific growth coefficient compared to treatments without garlic powder. With increasing the level of waste replacement, liver index increased significantly so that the highest liver index was related to 100% waste replacement treatments (100G and 100PG) which showed a significant difference with other experimental treatments (p <0.05). The feed conversion ratio in G treatment had the lowest rate which showed a significant difference compared to other treatments (p <0.05). The results of the main and interaction effects of garlic powder and replacement of chicken slaughterhouse waste showed that their interaction did not cause a significant difference between treatments except in feed conversion ratio index (p> 0.05). The use of garlic did not cause a significant difference in the amount of carcass composition (p> 0.05). However, replacement of the lesions caused a significant difference in the amount of carcass composition (p <0.05). With increasing levels of waste replacement with or without garlic in the diet, a significant decrease in protein digestibility has been observed. But fat digestibility was improved by adding garlic. According to the results, it can be said that the replacement of chicken slaughterhouse waste up to 50% in the elephant fish diet did not have destructive effects.
