fa تأثیر نیکل محلول در آب بر متابولیسم آهن و بیوسنتز هِم درکپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; نیکل از جمله عناصر ضروری برای تمامی موجودات زنده نظیر میکروارگانیسم&shy;ها، گیاهان و حیوانات محسوب می&shy;شود. با این حال، در مقادیر فراتر از غلظت مورد نیاز، نیکل نیز به عنوان یک عامل مسمویت&shy;زا سبب بروز عوارض نامطلوب در موجودات زنده می&shy;شود. در این مطالعه، پس از تعیین </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">LC50-96h</span></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""> نیکل برای کپور معمولی (</span><i><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Cyprinus carpio</span></span></i><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">)، تیمارهای تحت کشنده نیکل شامل 0 (شاهد)، 055/0، 275/0، 572/0، 687/1، و 909/2 میلی&shy;گرم بر لیتر طی دوره 30 روزه در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از عدم تغییر معنی&shy;دار شاخص&shy;های خون در اثر مواجهه با نیکل در ماهی کپور معمولی بود. ولی شاخص </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">MCHC</span></span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar=""> در اثر حضور نیکل کاهش معنی&shy;داری در مقایسه با شاهد از خود نشان داد. در حالیکه که نیکل سبب کاهش معنی&shy;دار آهن سرم و ترانسفرین در تیمارهای 687/1، و 909/2 میلیگرم بر لیتر شد، میزان اشباعیت ترانسفرین، ظرفیت تام ترانسفرین برای اتصال با آهن، سرولوپلاسمین خون کاهش معنی&shy;داری در اثر مواجهه با نیکل از خود نشان داد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان می&shy;دهد که علیرغم عدم بروز اثرات منفی نیکل بر شاخص&shy;های خونی، این عنصر در مقادیر استفاده شده سبب بروز اثرات نامطلوب بر متابولیسم آهن بعنوان یکی از اجزای ضروری در بیوسنتز هِم گردید</span><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:" zar="">. </span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Zar""></span></span></span></span></span></span> Nickel is an essential element for all living organisms such as microorganisms, plants and animals. When nickel concentration exceeds the necessary concentration, could be toxic, and likewise causes adverse effects in living organisms. In this study, following determining nickel LC50-96h for common carp (<em>Cyprinus carpio</em>), nickel sub-lethal treatments including 0 (control), 0.055, 0.275, 0.572, 1.687, and 2.909 mg l^-1 was considered over a period of 30 days<span dir="RTL">.</span> The results showed that there was no significant change in hematological indices due to exposure to nickel in common carp. In the presence of nickel, the MCHC showed a significant (P<0.05) decrease compared to the control. While nickel caused a significant (P<0.05) reduction in serum iron and transferrin in treatments of 1.687 and 2.909 mg l^-1, transferrin saturation, total iron binding capacity of transferrin, ceruloplasmin significantly decreased (P<0.05) following nickel exposures.
