fa تأثیر مقادیر مختلف پروبیوتیک Enterococcus faecium بر برخی شاخص‌های ایمنی سرم خون و موکوس پوست بچه ماهی کپور معمولی (Cyprinus carpio) Effect of different amounts of Enterococcus faecium probiotic on some blood serum and skin mucus immune parameters in common carp (Cyprinus carpio) fry تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable اثر غلظتهای متفاوت باکتری انتروکوکوس فسیوم در خوراک بر برخی شاخصهای ایمنی بچه ماهی کپور معمولی در سال 1398 در مزرعه احمدآباد مستوفی صورت گرفت. برای این هدف، بچه ماهیانی با میانگین وزنی 5/0±0/11 گرم در 12 مخزن پلاستیکی با تراکم 50 عدد در هر مخزن توزیع شده و طی مدت 56 روز با غلظتهای مختلفی از باکتری انتروکوکوس فسیوم شامل ]0 (شاهد)، CFU/g 107×1 (تیمار 1)، CFU/g 108×1 (تیمار 2) و CFU/g 109×1 (تیمار 3)[ غذادهی شدند. نتایج آزمایش حاکی از آن بود که بیشترین میزان لیزوزیم در سرم خون (7/1±2/46 واحد/میلی لیتر) و ایمونوگلوبولین M (9/0±0/40 میلی گرم /دسی لیتر) و اجزای سیستم کمپلمان شامل C3 (6/0±1/25 میلی گرم /دسیلیتر) و C4 (4/0±10/11 میلی گرم /دسیلیتر) متعلق به تیمار 3 بود (05/0P<). در میان تیمارهای مختلف،  بیشترین فعالیت لیزوزیم و فعالیت پروتئاز موکوس در ماهیان تیمار 3 اندازه گیری گردید (05/0P<). اما سطح فعالیت آلکالین فسفاتاز موکوس جلدی، فاقد اختلافات معنیدار در میان تیمارهای آزمایشی مختلف بود (05/0<P). بر اساس نتایج حاصله به نظر میرسد که به کارگیری مقدار CFU/g 109×1 از باکتری انتروکوکوس فسیوم در جیره بچه ماهی کپور معمولی بتواند اثرات مثبتی بر برخی پاسخ‌های ایمنی سرم خون و شاخصهای موکوس پوست برجای گذارد. The effect of different concentrations of dietary Enterococcus faecium on some immune parameters in common carp was carried out on 2019 in Ahmadabad farm. For this purpose, 600 fry with average weight 11.0 ± 0.5 g were reared in 12 plastic tanks (50 fish per tank) for 56 days and had been fed by 4 different concentration of E. faecium including [0 (control), 1×107 CFU/g (T1), 1×108 CFU/g (T2), and 1×109 CFU/g (T3)]. The results showed that the most amount of serum lysozyme (46.2±2.7 IU/ml), immunoglobulin M (IgM) (38 ± 0.9 mg/dl) and components complement system C3 (24.8 ± 0.6 mg/dl) and C4 (10.4 ± 0.4 mg/dl) obtained in T3 (P<0.05). Among the experimental treatments, the highest lysozyme activity and mucus protease activity were measured in T3 (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference among the experimental treatments in alkaline phosphatase activity of the skin mucus samples (P>0.05).
