fa پایش و ارزیابی عوامل خطر محیطی و مدیریتی در مزرعه منتخب تولید قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) عاری از عوامل بیماری‌زای خاص (SPF) در شهرستان آمل، استان مازندران Monitoring and evaluation of effective environmental and management risk factors in the selected farm of Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) production of SPF in Amol City, Mazandaran province of Iran تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">         این پژوهش به منظور پایش و ارزیابی عوامل خطر محیطی و مدیریتی مؤثر در بروز برخی از بیماریهای ویروسی خاص در مزرعه منتخب تولید قزلآلای رنگینکمان عاری از عوامل بیماریزای خاص (SPF) در شهرستان آمل، استان مازندران انجام شد. برای این منظور، متغیرهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و میکروبی آب ورودی و خروجی مزرعه شامل اکسیژن محلول، دما، pH، نیتریت، نیترات، آمونیوم، آمونیاک و کل باکتریها به مدت 6 ماه از خرداد تا آبان 1396 بر اساس روشهای استاندارد مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. همچنین ماهیان موجود جهت بررسی احتمال آلودگی به ویروسهای IPN، IHN و VHS نمونهبرداری شدند. نتایج بررسیها نشان داد که میانگین دما، اکسیژن محلول، pH، نیتریت، نیترات، آمونیوم، آمونیاک و کل باکتریهای آب ورودی مزرعه بهترتیب 6/1±23/13درجهسانتیگراد، 39/0±45/8 میلیگرم در لیتر، 28/0± 63/8، 275/0± 226/0 میلیگرم در لیتر72/0± 86/1 میلیگرم در لیتر، 002/0± 003/0 میلیگرم در لیتر، 01/0± 009/0 میلیگرم در لیتر و 33/320  واحد پرگنه در میلیلیتر، و برای آب خروجی مزرعه بهترتیب 58/1 ± 0/13 درجهسانتیگراد، 24/0± 29/8 میلیگرم در لیتر، 38/0± 54/8، 325/0±267/0 میلیگرم در لیتر، 8/0±18/2 میلیگرم در لیتر، 07/0± 055/0 میلیگرم در لیتر، 058/0± 048/0 میلیگرم در لیتر و 5/505 واحد پرگنه در میلیلیتر بود. آزمایشهای ویروسشناسی نیز نشان دادند که ماهیان پرورشی مزرعه آلوده به ویروسهای IPN، IHN و VHS نبودند. بر اساس دادههای بدستآمده، مقادیر نیتریت، آمونیاک و کل باکتری موجود در آب بهعنوان عوامل خطر در این مزرعه محسوب شدند. بهطورکلی، فراسنجههای محیطی و مدیریتی در مزرعه منتخب شهرستان آمل، استان مازندران برای پرورش قزلآلای رنگینکمان عاری از عوامل بیماریزای خاص مناسب و قابل قبول ارزیابی شدند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: This study was conducted to monitor and evaluate the effective environmental and administrative risk factors in the occurrence of some specific viral diseases in the rainbow trout production of specific pathogens free (SPF) in Amol city.   Methods and Materials: For this purpose, physical, chemical, and microbial factors of input and output water of the farm, such as dissolved oxygen, temperature, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia, and total bacteria count for six months from May to October 2017 were measured according to the standard method. Further, the fish were sampled to check for the possibility of infection with IPN, IHN, and VHS viruses. Results and Discussion: The results showed that the mean temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrite, nitrate, ammonium, ammonia, and total bacteria count of input water were 13.23±1.6 C°, 8.45±0.39 mg/L, 8.63±0.28, 0.226±0.275 mg/L, 1.86±0.72 mg/L, 0.003±0.002 mg/L, 0.009±0.01 mg/L and 320.33 colony unit per mL, respectively, and output water were 13.0±1.58 C°, 8.29±0.24 mg/L, 8.54±0.38, 0.267±0.325 mg/L, 2.18±0.8 mg/L, 0.055±0.07 mg/L, 0.048±0.058 mg/L, and 505.5 colony unit per mL, respectively. In Addition, virology experiments showed that the cultured fish were not infected by IPN, IHN, and VHS viruses. Conclusion: According to the obtained data, chemical parameters including nitrite and ammonia amounts, and total bacteria count were assessed as risk factors in the farm.
